sinpoziumSorry about the spam, but Sinpozium is drawing inexorably closer (holy crap, how is is it April already?) and there's stuff to be done! So we're cracking the metaphorical whip on ourselves to get organised (cause I'd probably lose an eye if I tried a real one!)
The major thing that needs doing at the moment is the call for volunteers/suggestions for content. What happens at Sinpoziumstays at Sinpozium is up to everyone, so let us know what you're interested in. You don't have to volunteer, you can make requests/suggestions about presentations and discussions you'd like to see happen. We like to have at least a loose timetable prepared ahead of time, so people know what will be happening and to try to ensure everyone is included. Alasen made a useful post last year with info about doing presentations/leading discussions.
We will be organising a group dinner on the Saturday night (most likely at the Sanctuary, same location as last year), Sunday night is being considered. More information closer to the date.
The other main things that would be great are:
>> if you've registered, please fill out this survey about yourself/your fandoms
>> if you haven't registered and are planning on coming, please register and do the survey
>> if you're hoping to come but can't register yet and haven't told us that, please do, it really helps us with planning if we've got as good an idea about numbers as possible
