Sinpozium update

Only two weeks to go!

Timetable
We are working on a timetable, however, there will be some flexibility on the day, we're not gonna schedule stuff for every minute. And it's not too late to volunteer to pimp a fandom or suggest a discussion topic!

Tech panel
We've had a request to include TV Tropes in the how to use fannish tech panel, is there anyone who's familiar with the site and would like to speak about this?

Saturday night dinner
We'll be heading off to Sanctuary by about 5:30pm for an optional dinner. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, mostly flat/gentle slope. Decent pub food, not too expensive.

Lunch options
We did a recon, and last year's map of a number of the nearby takeaway food options (plus ATMs and some other necessities) is still current. And the IGA supermarket nearby the Y is back (after vanishing last year in the few weeks between the map being prepared and Sinpozium, causing some confusion). Please note: alcohol is not allowed inside the function room, thanks.
