I have emailed people about outstanding registrations. I can't hold places indefinitely when we have people waitlisted, so if I haven't received $40 payment or heard back from you by next Sunday, I will have to assume you aren't coming. I don't have time to keep chasing people about this, and I don't want to receive payments on the day.

If you have registered but cannot make it, refunds will be available up until Friday 10th June (ie I must know before Sinpozium starts), but please let us know as soon as possible. There are people wait-listed, so we need to know if you're not coming so they can.

There's a rough timetable of things that will be happening at Sinpozium here, and there's still lots of room for other activities. For example:
Suggest a discussion or activity.
Volunteer to pimp a favourite fandom or show.
Request a fandom you'd like to be introduced to, or footage you'd like to see.

What happens at Sinpozium is up to everyone who attends :)
